The 2019 Riesling was sourced from a single vineyard almost 100-years old.
Due to a lower yield with this vineyard in 2020, that increases the intensity of flavour, fruit from an additional vineyard was sourced.
The fruit was whole bunch pressed to a tank with free-run juice, cold-settled, and then racked to ferment with a cultured yeast. No finings were used and it was bottled early to preserve freshness.
This riesling has beautiful citrus flavours and nice acidity.
