The stunning wine that is not used in the Single Vineyard limited release Shiraz is carefully blended with a small number of other family vineyards to produce this fantastic shiraz that punches well above its price point.
The nose has lifted perfume with spicy, fresh berry fruit aromas and the palate shows elegant oak intermingled with mulberry and plum fruit characters.
The fruit is all open fermented, basket pressed and aged in combination for French and American oak. The best barrels were selected for their power, concentration and depth of flavour and then blended and aged for 3 months prior to bottling.
